His main research interests are moral philosophy, especially meta-ethics (moral epistemology and moral psychology), and Western political philosophy. Focuses on topics such as issues at the intersection of political philosophy and epistemology, issues of modernity, and gender studies; and on schools of thought such as the Pittsburgh School, the Capability Approach, and cosmopolitanism.
